These terms & conditions guide your access to and use of the Rocket Designs website, platform and your purchase or use of our design services.
Last Updated: September 1st, 2026
Welcome aboard Rocket Designs.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or submitting a design request, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Rocket Designs
Rocket Designs provides graphic design and creative services to businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, agencies, and other customers.
Our services may include branding, visual identity, digital advertising, social media graphics, presentation design, print design, packaging, website design, UX/UI design, motion graphics, video editing, Amazon design, illustration, and other creative services.
2. Services and Plans
Rocket Designs may offer individual projects, subscriptions, and other service plans.
Current plans may include:
-

-

-

-

Prices, features, availability, and plan benefits may change.
The specific services and capabilities available to you are determined by the plan or service purchased at the time of the request.
3. Design Requests
Customers may submit design requests through the designated Rocket Designs platform or client portal.
A request should contain sufficient information for our creative team to understand the desired outcome.
Depending on the project, we may request:
-
Brand information
-
Creative direction
-
Dimensions
-
References
-
Copy or text
-
Images
-
Logos
-
Brand guidelines
-
Technical specifications
-
Intended use
Rocket Designs may ask for clarification before beginning work.
4. Mission Capacity
Our subscription plans may include different levels of active project capacity, turnaround priority, and service availability.
An "Active Mission" refers to a project currently being worked on by our team. The number of active missions and turnaround times depend on the customer's plan.
Unlimited design requests do not necessarily mean that multiple requests will be worked on simultaneously.
Requests may be placed in a queue and handled according to plan capacity, project complexity, and priority.
5. Project Complexity
Not all design requests require the same amount of time or resources.
A simple social media graphic may require significantly less production time than a website, mobile application, brand identity system, or complex animation.
Turnaround times therefore vary according to:
-
Scope
-
Complexity
-
Number of deliverables
-
Client feedback
-
Required assets
-
Technical requirements
-
Revision requirements
Rocket Designs reserves the right to establish a reasonable production timeline for complex projects.
6. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time displayed on our website represents an estimated production timeframe rather than an unconditional guarantee.
Same-day or priority turnaround applies only to eligible requests and does not necessarily apply to complex or large-scale projects.
Client delays in providing information, assets, approvals, or feedback may extend the project timeline.
7. Revisions
Rocket Designs aims to deliver work that meets the agreed creative direction.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific plan or agreement, reasonable revisions are included as part of the design process.
Revisions must remain within the original scope of the request.
A request for an entirely new concept, direction, deliverable, or project may be treated as a new request.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the materials reasonably necessary for us to complete your project.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide to Rocket Designs do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
Rocket Designs is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, unavailable assets, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Rocket Designs and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method according to the selected billing schedule.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current.
10. Subscriptions and Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, subscription plans automatically renew according to the billing period selected at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation terms applicable to your plan.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights for the final deliverables will be transferred to the customer to the extent specified in the applicable service agreement or plan.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rocket Designs retains ownership of:
-
Unused concepts
-
Preliminary designs
-
Rejected concepts
-
Internal working files
-
Internal processes
-
Proprietary tools
-
Templates
-
Pre-existing materials
-
Third-party assets
Where third-party fonts, stock assets, plugins, software, or other licensed materials are used, their ownership and licensing remain subject to the applicable third-party terms.
12. Source Files
Where applicable, Rocket Designs may provide editable source files as part of the completed project.
The exact files provided depend on the type of service and project.
Not every deliverable requires or includes an editable source file.

13. Client Materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide to Rocket Designs.
By submitting materials to us, you grant Rocket Designs a limited license to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials.
14. AI-Assisted Design
Rocket Designs may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning tools as part of its creative workflow.
AI tools may be used for research, ideation, exploration, image generation, editing, production assistance, or other creative processes.
AI does not replace our creative direction, design judgment, quality control, or professional review.
Because AI-generated outputs may have limitations, Rocket Designs does not guarantee that AI-assisted materials are unique, registrable, or free from third-party rights claims unless expressly agreed otherwise.
15. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rocket Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies, and other promotional materials.
If a project contains confidential, unreleased, or sensitive information, the customer may request that Rocket Designs delay or exclude the work from public display.
16. Confidentiality
Rocket Designs will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided by customers.
Information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law may not be considered confidential.
For highly sensitive projects, the parties may enter into a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.

Rocket Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Designs' total liability arising from a particular service or transaction will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service during the applicable period.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rocket Designs and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
-
Your violation of these Terms
-
Materials you provide to us
-
Your unlawful use of our services
-
Your infringement of third-party rights
22. Suspension or Termination
Rocket Designs may suspend or terminate access to services if:
-
Payment is overdue
-
You materially violate these Terms
-
You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
-
Your use creates a security or legal risk
-
Required by law
Any termination will not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
23. Force Majeure
Rocket Designs will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, government actions, or other extraordinary events.
24. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of [State, United States], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute-resolution provisions, venue requirements, or arbitration procedures will be governed by the applicable law and any separate agreement between the parties.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
